Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RE Tools ("we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered marketing platform for mortgage loan officers and the real estate agents they work with. RE Tools is operated by Loans On Demand, LLC (a Duplico product). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and access

To use RE Tools, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Loan officers (LOs) may invite agents to access tools through their branded portal. Agents are bound by these terms when they accept an invitation and create an account.

2. Subscription, billing, and trial

RE Tools is offered on a subscription basis. Plan tiers and pricing are listed during signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method through our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. We require a valid payment method during signup but will not charge you until the trial ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge using the Customer Portal. If you do not cancel by the end of the trial, your payment method will automatically be charged for your selected plan.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

3. Credits and overage

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Tool usage consumes credits according to the per-tool credit rates published in your dashboard. If you exceed your monthly allowance, additional credits are billed at the per-credit rate listed in your plan and added to your next invoice.

Each subscription has a hard cap on overage usage per billing cycle (5x your included monthly credits) to limit unexpected charges. If you reach the cap, tool runs are temporarily blocked until the cap resets at the start of the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade your plan.

Credits do not roll over. Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle are forfeited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RE Tools to:

  • Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or violates third-party rights
  • Generate content intended to deceive consumers about loan terms, property listings, or licensing
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public APIs, schemas, or data
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the platform itself (you may freely use the outputs)
  • Violate applicable real estate, lending, advertising, or fair-housing laws in your jurisdiction

5. Output ownership

You own the marketing assets, text, and images generated by your use of the tools, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms (Google Gemini, OpenAI, fal.ai). You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations, including disclosures required for AI-generated content in your jurisdiction.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and serve your inputs and outputs as necessary to provide the service and improve our tools. We will not sell your data or use your identifying inputs for unrelated purposes.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Trial cancellations before the trial period ends incur no charge. Overage charges are non-refundable once invoiced.

7. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages from upstream providers (AI APIs, payment processor, hosting). Credits consumed during a failed tool run are automatically refunded.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay. Upon termination, you lose access to the tools and your portal; usage history is retained for billing and audit purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

RE Tools is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
